Patch Notes - Version 1.3

Spawner bug Fix:

- Fixed Bug with spawner that allowed multiple enemy's to be spawned at the same location.

Spider Fixes:

- Fixed Bug with Spider animations that allowed the spider to shoot before animation was finished.

- Fixed issue with Projectile spawn location not appearing as intended.

- Added a short attack delay for spider on spawn so it will not attack immediately.
